Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think. Workshop on Drone Designing and Flying was conducted for the selected students from class IX to XII on 20.7.24 in the school premises. The Resource Person was Mr. Rajasekar Madhavan, Manager - Incubations, istart, KIOT - MoE IIC Innovation Ambassador, co-founder and mentor, Drone Tribes, Salem. The students were given the simulator-assisted training on how to handle the joysticks of the drones in the forenoon session and practical training to fly the drone in the afternoon session. This was a new experience for the students. They enjoyed the work shop and a new learning had happened .
